So, first I would like to say that Ray-Ban does make a superior product. I have been wearing Ray-Bans for about 5-6 years now and besides losing a pair or two I have never had a problem until now!
I would seriously rethink buying Ray-Bans if you are in the market for a new pair of shades. I recently had 1 lens break on my Ray Ban sunglasses and was informed that I cannot visit a retailer to have it replaced (I would have paid good money for this service). My options were to buy a new PAIR (2), even though only one is broken, and have them shipped to me within 2-4 weeks! - OR - to send my glasses with $12.50 to you for repair (plus the cost of the repair) which would take 6-8 weeks! It is July 1st and that means it would be around September 1st when they would be returned to me. That is almost the whole summer. Now, sunglasses are used to block out the sun right?! Right. Ray-Ban’s customer service program in place is unsatisfactory, and I and everyone else has to wait to have their lens delivered.
I understand the breaking of the lens is my fault but I spent $180 dollars on this pair of sunglasses and I would have thought for such an expensive product that there would be some kind of program in place to resolve issues like this fast and convenient for the customer.
I am extremely agitated and upset that for the best part of the summer I will not have my shades.
Ray-Bans advertising campaign is NEVER HIDE. Well seems like all they do is hide, rape and pillage the customer to the point where it is more convenient to spend the extra money and buy a new pair rather then get your damaged ones repaired.
This is the last pair of Ray-Bans I will buy and I will be informing everyone I know who enjoys your product what a bogus customer support program you have.
Sincerely,
Victor DiColo (a very unhappy customer)

A small fence separates densely populated Tijuana, Mexico, right, from the United States in the Border Patrol’s San Diego Sector. Construction is underway to extend a secondary fence over the top of this hill and eventually to the Pacific Ocean.

Yea, bout time we have some useful thinkers out there. Not to knock the thinkers because I haven’t come up with any brilliant money making ideas, ever, but I like this kind of thinking.

Love this song and this would have got me all jacked up before a game in HS or College. Save the singing though.
